Gullands solicitor David Brown praised in Chambers directory
David Brown from Maidstone law firm Gullands has been recognised as a notable practitioner in Chambers, the leading directory of the legal profession.
David, who is a Partner at the firm, achieved a personal Band 2 ranking in the Construction Southern England category. The directory described how he had been praised by clients for his handling of both litigation and contractual work.
Chambers is a reliable and well respected resource used by lawyers as well as clients. Known for its independence and objectivity, the publication ranks the UK’s best lawyers and law firms.
David Brown said: “I am delighted Gullands’ track record as a high achieving firm in the field of construction has been recognised in this way. Our Construction workload has expanded significantly over the last twelve months and we have a strong and well respected team with a loyal client base.”
David has a wide range of experience of contentious and non-contentious construction work. He acts for developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, construction professionals and their professional indemnity insurers. David has conducted disputes in the forums of the Technology and Construction Court (TCC), arbitration, adjudication and mediation. He also undertakes insolvency and property related litigation and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects professional conduct panel.
David’s success follows an appearance in another legal industry directory. In The Legal 500, which was published in September, the Construction team was one of nine practice areas at the firm recognised for its consistently high levels of service.
