About
Fran joined Gullands in April 2022 having previously practised as a Solicitor in Kent and East Sussex firms. Fran’s work includes preparing simple Wills and also more complex/tax-efficient Wills for more wealthy client; carrying out the administration of estates of all values both within the UK and for UK clients who live and/or have assets abroad; preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and General Powers of Attorney, as well as registering Enduring Powers of Attorney and preparing Deeds of Variation and Declarations of Trust.

- Preparing Deputyship applications for vulnerable young adults and elderly clients
Qualifications / Education
- Undergraduate Degree in Law and Psychology from the University of Kent, Canterbury
- Postgraduate study: Legal Practice Course and Practical Skills Course from the University of Law, Bloomsbury
Personal
Outside of the office Fran enjoys spending as much time as she can with her horse Lincoln and exercising just enough so that she can freely indulge in her love of all things sweet and chocolatey.
