Advice and representation can be provided in all criminal courts and local police stations, 24 hours a day.

We are able to advise upon any type of case from a minor road traffic offence through to a complex conspiracy, or allegation of murder. We will probe and challenge the prosecution case and fully investigate matters pertinent to your defence.

We can prepare your case expertly and provide a high quality of advocacy or, where appropriate, arrange for representation by an experienced and skilled barrister.

Our commitment

As part of our commitment to criminal law, we are members of the Duty Solicitors' scheme which means that should you be in trouble in the middle of the night, we can be there promptly to represent you.

When it comes to finances, the majority of our work is state funded. A Legal Representation Order (formerly Legal Aid) will always be applied for on your behalf where appropriate.
