The new Charity Law Centre at Gullands is well equipped to offer advice and assistance to all charities, whether small, medium, large, including excepted or exempt charities.

We can advise and assist on:-
-the formation, establishment and dissolution of unincorporated charities, companies limited by guarantee and trusts;
-charity mergers;
-day to day governance and compliance issues including advising trustees on their statutory, and fiduciary, duties;
-schemes and orders;
-corresponding with the Charity Commission inquiries or in general;
-public benefit requirements and
-internal disputes or disagreements between trustees.
-can provide an up to date 'health check' to ensure your charity and trustees/directors are up to date with the Charities Act 2006 and Companies Act 2006.
