Online Staff Policies

Welcome to Gullands online staff policies. 

If you are looking at this page you have already identified the need for employers to have in place comprehensive policies and procedures.   The benefits of such policies are that both employers and staff will have step by step procedures in place to guide them as the need arises. 

Having the policies and procedures is evidence of good practice, but this is just the starting point and it is important that such procedures are reviewed and followed, and this is something that we can advise on.
